What is ShopNEasy Returns Policy?

All our products sold in good condition are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. However, our return policy allows for item(s) return and we will arrange to replace or exchange the same item or any item with similar value. Kindly refer to below requirements for processing a return and replacement.

Cause Description
Damaged The product is damaged in delivery
Defective The product does not function as described in manufacturer specification
Missing items/parts Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging


Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:

  1. It is within Seven (7) days from the receiving date.
  2. You have proof of purchase (Order Number, Invoice, Bank Statement and Delivery Order.)
  3. The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list (Please refer to below)
  4. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards and certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
  5. The product must not have been used or installed.
  6. All sealed items must not be opened.‚Äč If you have opened the seal please refer to the relevant service center indicated on your warranty card for assistance.

Can I return an item after 7 days upon receipt?

Item are not allow for return and replace or exchange after 7 days upon receipt, the item only entitle for serviced.

We suggest you contact and send the item directly to its warranty center for prompt assistance. All the contact information of warranty center is on your product's warranty card.
