How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are determined by the total weight or volumetric weight or which is ever higher of all of the merchandise ordered.

Volumetric weight (kg) = Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000

We also offer combine shipping if buyers purchase multiple items from a same order. The easier way to estimate the shipping fee is to add all the items into shopping cart and our system will automatically calculate the shipping fee according to your shipping address and product total weight/volumetric weight.

When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Care team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email.

After successful verified you may expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

1. Domestic shipment
   - Major town area: Shipping may take 1-3 business days from the date of shipment.
   - Non major town area: Shipping may take 3 – 10 working days from the date of shipment.


2. International shipment: Transit times from Malaysia may take 3 - 10 business days, delivery time for international consignments vary according to destinations.

1. In all domestic shipping options, Business Days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Selected products will not be shipped on every Friday of the month to avoid any miscarriage occurring.


2. All transit times specified by logistic company are subject to Customs clearance.


3. Custom duties and taxes are not included in shipping charges as stated.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, please use the Tracking Number/ID sent to you in the confirmation email. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered products. We use trusted and secured courier services to ensure your orders are delivered in good condition and on time.

Out-of-Stock Products

We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, if the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day of your order.

Pre-Order Products

ETA (Estimated Time Arrival) is for reference only, actual arrival date may be early or late.

Items may arrive un-even sizes per lot due to factory wrong packing We will try our best to request for actual pictures from supplier to provide the nearest accuracy of how the actual items looks like. Please do not complaint if item arrive not up to your expectation.

Stocks availability is subject to the time we place order with supplier(s). If by any chance certain design(s) is out of stock at the time of order, we will replace or exchange the same item or any item with similar value to you.
